Die abgelaufene Saison endet mit der Auswertung nach dem 34. Spieltag. Mit dieser Auswertung beginnt die neue Saison. Diese Auswertung wird "Saisonabschluss" genannt.
Folgende Aktionen werden zusätzlich zur alltäglichen Auswertung vorgenommen:
· Abschluss des Finanzjahres
Es wird die Differenz aus Deinem aktuellen Kontostand und dem zu Beginn der abgelaufenen Saison gebildet. Je nach Ausmaß des Gewinns bzw. Verlustes zahlst du Steuern bzw. erhältst eine Steuerrückzahlung. Mehr zum Thema Steuern erfährst Du im Kapitel 8.2.3 Finanzen.
· Verträge
Die Laufzeit aller Spielerverträge wird um "1" verringert. Spieler, deren Vertragslaufzeit auf "0" sinkt, verlassen jetzt definitiv deinen Verein.
· Alter
Alle Spieler haben jetzt Geburtstag und werden somit um ein Jahr älter.
· Karriereende
Alle Spieler, die zur neuen Saison 40 oder älter, und keinen Vertrag mehr besitzen beenden ihre Karriere.

· Jugendspieler
Alle 17-jährigen Spieler die sich noch im Jugendkader befinden und nun 18 Jahre alt werden verlassen definitiv deinen Verein.
Es ist also ratsam, dass du zum Saisonende die 17 jährigen Jugendspieler verkaufst, wenn du sie nicht übernehmen möchtest.
Bei allen anderen Jugendspielern besteht eine gewisse Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sie ihre Fußballschuhe an den Nagel hängen. Freigewordene Plätze in deinem Jugendinternat werden in der folgenden Auswertung mit neuen Spielern aufgefüllt.
· Trikotwerbung
Die Laufzeit Deines Werbevertrages verringert sich um ein Jahr. Hast du die Bedingungen für ausgehandelte Prämien erfüllt, so werden diese jetzt ausgezahlt.
